Employment & Human Relations Mediations

Disputes with employees, former employees or between employees can be some of the most damaging and time-consuming controversies to face a business.

  • When there is conflict between employees or complaints from a terminated employee it is often in the interest of both parties to attempt to resolve the matter as early, quickly and inexpensively as possible. Mediation accomplishes this.
  • An experienced mediator meets with the parties to help them resolve their dispute. Often mediation eliminates “work environment hostility”.
  • The early involvement of an impartial mediator greatly increases the chance of a resolution by helping the parties open communication to focus on their real interests in attempting to find a resolution that meets the needs of both sides.
  • Any mediated settlement and its terms are subject only to the parties’ agreement and the entire process is confidential.
